Terms of service

  1. Scope
    These Terms & Conditions apply to all products offered by Saro Swimwear, Sole Proprietorship owned by Mara Saro (hereinafter “we”) via the online shop saroswimwear.com. Any deviations are only valid if confirmed by us in writing.

  2. Prices
    All prices in the online shop are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Current prices and conditions are always visible in the shop.

  3. Offers
    All offers in the shop are non-binding. Product ranges and prices may change at any time. Typographical errors and mistakes cannot be excluded.

  4. Conclusion of Contract
    A contract is concluded once an order is placed in the shop and confirmed by us via email. Automatic order confirmations do not constitute acceptance of the contract. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the case of price errors, technical problems, or suspected misuse.

  5. Delivery
    Delivery is carried out by Swiss Post or an equivalent shipping provider.
    The applicable shipping regions, costs, and delivery times are displayed in the online shop.

  6. Availability / Backorders
    Should an item not be in stock at the time of ordering, we will inform the customer by email. In such cases, delivery may be delayed by up to 1–2 months until the goods have been restocked. Customers have the right to cancel the order free of charge before dispatch if the delivery time is significantly extended.

  7. Shipping Costs
    Current shipping costs and free shipping thresholds are displayed in the online shop. Any customs duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  8. Payment Terms
    Payments can be made using the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g., credit card, Twint, PayPal). Payment is charged immediately upon purchase.

  9. Liability
    We are not liable for delays or damages caused during transport by postal or third-party service providers. Risk passes to the customer once the goods have been handed over to the shipping provider.

  10. Data Protection
    Personal data will be treated confidentially and only passed on to third parties where necessary for order processing (e.g., shipping service providers).

  11. Right of Withdrawal
    Withdrawal from the purchase contract is generally not possible. However, if an item is damaged or delivered incorrectly, it must be reported within 2 working days of receipt. We will then arrange a solution.

  12. Return Policy
    For hygienic reasons, bikinis are excluded from the right of return.
    Returns are only possible in exceptional cases (e.g., defective or incorrectly delivered items). In such cases, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

  13. Severability Clause
    Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

  14. Place of Jurisdiction
    Swiss law exclusively applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
